Arts Immersion Salon The “Beechwood Open” 2013 August 2013

“The Beechwood Open” is a Pop-up Arts Immersion Salon.  It was so popular last summer, it instantly became an annual event!  Open Stage, Open Wall, Open Mike, Open Screen and Open Table – The Beechwood Open is a place to try out new works, performances and foods. 

• 34 pieces of art by 28 artists.

• 9 Performances from jazz to classical, poetry and short stories, performance art and a Qigong demonstration under the Beechwood.
• 5 outdoor sculptures, including a spiral pathway under the Beechwood
• An endless variety of culinary creations and libations

The event spans all 3 parts of our mission:  Changing the way people experience the arts; Bringing together multiple arts genres; Providing an opportunity for collaboration across generations.
